Add Baking Soda to Conditioner

I used the tip posted by someone earlier about using salt with shampoo and it works great. My hair didn't look dull anymore. I took that one step further this morning, after adding salt to my shampoo, I mixed baking soda with my conditioner, and my hair looks even better, and a lot softer. I am so happy with the results, I just had to share this.

I didnt measure the salt or baking soda, I just poured some in my hand with the shampoo/conditioner and mixed together.

Me too. I just saw this in the daily digest and though uh? Sounds good because I am one permanant grease monkey. Permanantly washing my hair because it has excess oil!

Please someone give us more info!

Just don't do it everyday! It's good to strip out excess oils and product buildup, but it will strip all oils if used everyday. Baking soda is also an excellent exfoliator used gently on your face.
