3 Year Old Birthday Party Themes

I have a soon to be 3 yr. old girl and she likes both boy and girl things. I have no idea what party theme to do and we are on a budget. Any ideas? Thanks.

What does she like? What are her favorite cartoons/shows? I see her here playing in the water. Is it the water, sand or something else that piqued her interest? Just decide on something that interests her the most :-)

Tough situation you have, one option out there is to do a Pink camo party! Just like the boys camo outfits but in pink! also the option of a pink builder girl, the little tools for girls that are pink, tool belt, hammer etc hope this helps at least to start a brain storm to get the ideas going for you. Good Luck and hope she has a Happy 3 rd Birthday!
