Dye Stains on Clear Vinyl

How can I remove stains from leather that has bled into a clear vinyl bag I have. Is there anything that can lift these stains as I have tried many cleaners with no luck. I left leather bag on top of clear vinyl bag and color from bag has bled onto clear.

Try nail polish remover. That's the only thing that gets scuffs off women's shoes - which is essentially a vinyl product. Just use a cotton ball and see how it goes.
