Party Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, halved and deboned or use boneless, skinless
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices American cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Pound chicken breasts to flatten. Top with ham and cheese, roll up and wrap bacon around breast and secure with toothpick. Mix 1 cup sour cream with 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Spread over chicken. Bake, covered, 1 hour at 325 degrees F. Uncover and bake 1 more hour. Serves 8.By Robin from Washington, IA
