Hey yall from Texas, Im Von and I love to be creative. I love using what I already have to make something different. Ive learned alot from my best gf Sue. I work fulltime, have two teen girls at home still, and I have 3 other children that are grown and one 2 yr old grandson. I love decorating, plants, making things, junking, music, entertaining, walking, biking, and being with my family and friends.

RE: Memory Jar For Mother's Day
I did the same thing for my Mom several years ago. In the bottom of the jar I wrote her a letter telling her and my Dad what a joy it was being their daughter and how much I appreciated them. They still have it on display and from time to time draw out a slip of colored paper with the memory written on it.
