RE: Toilet Leaking Even After Replacing Seal
Check the seals, on each side, where the tank connects to the bowl.
Twice we replaced the seal where the bowl meets the floor, turns out it was the seal inside the tank, between the tank and that chimmey thingy, sorry can't think of the correct term.
We really thought the water was coming from under the bowl and it wasn't.

RE: Itchy Skin Years After Being Stung
Yellowjackets don't normally leave behind a stinger, like a honeybee does.
Have you tried an antihistamine? I had this happen with a tick on my ankle, the area would sting and itch something terrible, and it went on for a good two years. It did finally clear up. I think I must have irritated it from scratching too much, maybe I got it infected. Seems like a doctor could find a way to help relieve your discomfort. Hope you get relief soon. ... RE: Save the Peach Juice from Canned Peaches
Not if you buy the peaches that are packed in their own juices.
Sounds like a great idea mom from missouri

RE: Rooting Fruit Tree Cuttings
Try several different sizes, as a test and see. What kind of results you get.

RE: Annuals to Plant with Profusion Zinnias
Sounds pretty :)
Periwinkles, I love their foliage. They bloom about the same time as zinnias.
Petunias also.
What I like about all three, they will tell you when they
need water, and will bounce back quickly.
Maybe tuck some herbs in there too. I've been surprised
by my oregano this year. It decided to come back on its own. Don't you love when they do that!
Maybe some summer blooming bulbs too.
Don't forget to mulch.

RE: Using Plastic Containers in the Garden
Most of the info I could find has to do with food/water containers. There's a triangle/recycle symbol on the bottom of plactic containers, with a number in the middle.
#1,#2,#4,#5 are considered safest, according to this website:http://www.thegreenguide.com/food/safety-storage/safest-plastics
...but there is a note at the end of the article, concerning heating of plastic leaching chemicals.
I have started seeds in plastic containers such as yogurt,
cottage cheese, pudding cups, even some 'ensure' containers.
Larger plastic containers will last a couple of years.
Down here in Louisiana, the hot sun will dry out the plastic, and it will become brittle and break apart,...most
likely while your carring it! :)
Garden center's sell seed starting trays, and some of those
are plastic, I never thought about looking to see if 'they'
print the plastic codes on them. They should be hitting the
shelves soon though.
Hope this helps....
