I suggest that you save your money and grab the tube by the top and the bottom and slide it down the edge of the counter to flatten it (push product toward the top) whenever needed. Then when you absolutely can't squeeze out any more, cut the tube at the bottom and up one side to access (with toothbrush or finger) the rest of the product.
