For chocolate chip cookies, I substitute splenda for the white sugar. I use real brown sugar because it usually calls for less. Cookies need some sugar and fat to get the right consistency. I cut the fat by 1/3, so if the recipe calls for 3 sticks of butter, I put 2 sticks. I will also try to get away with using less chocolate chips. Next: since you have reduced fat and sugar, the two yummy ingredients, it is important to rescue the flavor by adding extra vanilla extract and adding butter flavor extract.
When I bake a cake mix such as Betty Crocker, Duncan Hines, Pillsbury etc. I add 1 can of diet soda instead of water, eggs, and oil. There are also reduced sugar cake mixes. Just remember, Splenda bags are a great help. You can measure cup for cup just like sugar.
You can also put dry splenda in the food processor or blender and grind it finer into a powder to use as confectioners sugar to make your own sugar free frostings.
I also like to use Sugar Twin. It's cheaper and they have brown sugar twin. Splenda.com has recipes also. Just remember there are some things like cookies that need some sugar and fat for consistency purposes. I hope this helps. ... View related article.
To 1lb of ground beef add 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce 1 egg 1/4 cup water dashes of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
This makes a very loose and wet consistency, don't worry about it. It comes out juicy and delicious. If you have a grill pan, it helps with liquid run off. Mix 50/50 ketchup and BBQ sauce and spoon on top before cooking/baking. Delicious with mashed potatoes or mac & cheese or rice.

You have been given very good advice. All I have left to say is when you are working on a pile, cupboard, drawer, closet, corner, etc., and you are trying to decide what to do with stuff one at a time...
Ask yourself these questions: 1. Have I used this in the past year (365 days) (52 weeks)?
2. Is it worth the mess I am looking at to keep if I haven't used it? 3. If it was intended to be a gift...am I really going to take the time to package and mail it or take it to so and so? 4. Do I really need this?
When you are tackling an area, take some yard garbage bags with you for garbage and some boxes or more yard garbage bags designated for donation to your nearest thrift store.
1. One is for keep and put away. 2. Two is for garbage bag. 3. Three is for give away bag or box.
When finished, take the garbage out right away. And take the give away to your trunk right away. Deal with cleaning surfaces last when all is done. It won't seem so overwhelming that way. ... View related article.
