I also do this but take it a step farther. Everyone in the family uses a different color so we all know who's is what color. Since many meals are not messy and do not require the napkins to be washed after each meal, we can reuse them for several days before needing washing. RE: Coupon and Rewards Card Wallet
I do something similar. I tried the wallet idea and it took up too much space in my purse so I switched to a plastic checkbook cover. It has a plastic pocket on both sides and enough room to carry coupons on one side and punch/discount cards on the other. RE: Sugar is Too Moist
Using the idea of the Terra Cotta Sugar Bears: (www.sugarbearsinc.com) which keep brown sugar moist. To be thrify but still effective, use a broken piece of a terra cotta planter. If you want something more moist soak in water before using. If you want something drier, bake in the oven first. Works for me! ... View related article.
