RE: Create an Inventory List for Household Products
Better idea. Write up a list of exact items you like to shop, and organize on a paper according to grocery areas. Dairy, meat, being specific, and a section for tasks below, perhaps for the week, Make copies and just grab the next one to use. One can even import a weekly calender of activities for the week as well.

RE: Salsa Is Too Sweet
When in doubt, slow cook chicken and add it together. I flavors of the chicken will soften the sweetness. Or cook some rice and add salt. It might cut the sweetness to. ... View related article.

RE: Recipes Using Quinoa
I have a wonderful recipe that won me a red first place ribbon.

You toast almond slices, without the skin.
In olive oil, saute alot of sweet onions like Videlia if you have them,.
Cook the quinoa either in a rice cooker or on the stove as you would rice, but use half swansons chicken stock and water.
When almost done, take raisens and the onions and almond slivers and mix with the quinoa. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook till finished.
I like to use I cant beleive its not butter to coat it all or olive oil towards the end to moisten a bit more.
enjoy,

RE: Daily Thrifty Tips - July 21, 2008
We all know that Hurricane season is upon us. June 1st through Nov 30th.
Most everyone affected by the possibilty of being almost disabled knows what I mean.
So...one thing other then the normal prep is to work on eating up your left overs in the freezer, and try to finish numberous condiments that get used only here and there.
Trust me, we have lost food in 2 fridges and freezers during a storm where we lost all utilites for 17 days. its a good habit anyway, and another opportunity to use left overs and get out of cooking dinner..
Hugs

Beautiful dog!
I have two goldens. Once I did a survey on the type of dog that matches my personality. Lol-it was a Bernese Mountain dog.

Thanks for sharing

RE: Selecting An Eyeliner That Doesn't Run
I have always lined the inner lower eye. Grew up doing it.
I actually found that mabaline, waterproof, jet black works. The darker the pencil, the better it is, Also, for a more expensive pencil, use Guirlain Black.
