It will also make your place smell good. I would have all the insulation redone, I know 3,000 is a lot of money but it might be worth it. put that poison out first, then do this every 3 months. It is hard to clean, use plain old household bleach, try added a pint of bleach to pool water everyday to keep it from happen a gain. To get rid of the algae what there now, drain the pool, and spray with pure bleach. let it dry then repeat, if you scrub the put do so, you can add a little comet to the spot also. I had this in my pool last year, and it really took me along time to get that stuff out. This year i just put a pint of bleach in the pool, and I did not have any algae this year. ... I am black female, I use a hot iron to strighten my hair, but I also use a chemical relaxer. I had a lot of new growth and have not been to beauty shop because of lack of fund. So I just washed my hair with conditioner, let it air dried, (I have a hair dryer, but I just choose to let it air dry. because I was off work for 2 day so I had plenty of time. It take a whole day for my hair to air dry because it is long and thick. I have been using a hot iron for the past 2 weeks, but you can also use those electric flat iron to strightening your hair, you can add a little setting lotion to your have also past strightning it with the flat iron to make it last a little long. You really don't have to have anything special because you are a diabetic. Just watch your salt and sugar intake. Just remember portion size. Pass up on double portion. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I have been a Type II diabetic going on 17 years. I use sweet & low, and I drink diet cola in moderation, ( may be 2 or 3 a week). I drink Rum and coke about twice a week! I am the only diabetic in my household. 5 kids and a husband and neither are diabetics. I cook regular meals. I seldom use salt, and my family never complaints. But when other relatives visit they always load their plates up with salt or hot sauce when they eat at my house!
