RE: Restoring Shine to Linoleum and Vinyl Flooring
If you can find a brand of floor product called, "Brite", it does a beautiful job of cleaning and shining linoleum floors. I have used it for years. All you do is sweep the floor really well and apply 'Brite' with a sponge mop, rinsing often as it picks up the dirt. I do mine on my hands and knees with absolutely beautiful results. ... RE: Buy at Garage Sales and Make Money
I bought an old gas pump globe at a yard sale for twenty dollars and sold it for $366.00 plus shipping on ebay a few years ago. Unfortunately, it takes money to make money and if you don't have it to begin with you can't buy the items to resell. That's the situation I'm in now.
The best of luck to you. ... View related article.

RE: Getting Rid of Beetles in House
If the beetles are ladybugs they are harmless. They come inside in the fall. You can vacuum them up with a clean vacuum bag and release them back outside. ... View related article.

RE: Homemade Christmas Gift Ideas
I make all my Christmas gifts now that I'm on a fixed income...called retirement. So far this year I've made a couple of tied quilts, tote bags, pine cone fire starters, plastic clothes hangers wrapped in yarn, knitted scarves, knitted dish cloths, stuffed toys, a bird house, a bird feeder, house slippers, and pretty soaps. Before Christmas I'll make dog treats, beef jerky, and baked goods. I hope this helps. ... View related article.

What a lucky find! I would use them for bead storage, for washers, screws and nails in my workshop, or for bobbins, needles, pins, etc. in my sewing room. ... View related article.

RE: What Breed is My Dog?
I have a dog that looks very much like yours. When I lived in Virginia (I'm in NC now) she came down my driveway when she was about four months old and never left. She's the light of my life and had a ton of personality. Her name is Maggie May and I call her my Chinese Dingo because she squints her eyes at me. ... View related article.

RE: Paying Bills During Financial Hardship
You can get yourself a Magic Jack for phone service if you have a computer and high speed internet. It'll cost $39.95 for the first year and $19.95 a year after that. I am in my second year of using mine and had my land line disconnected. No kidding, it works. Do away with cable, and do check out credit counseling. It's amazing what they can do for you. I, too, am a huge fan of Angel Food Ministries. The food is delicious and the price is much lower than the grocery stores. I know this isn't much help, but it has helped me stay afloat. Good Luck. ... View related article.

RE: Craft: Refrigerator Caddy
It hangs equally long on both sides and my kitchen rooster collection sits on top and holds it in place. I have also used magnetic clips on the bottom of each side to hold it securely. ... View related article.
