Let the people who are bringing the food of their nationality bring some decorations from that country. Have them write their names on the bottom if possible and then they can be returned to their rightful owner.
Another way to avoid lines is to designate tables where people sit as a different country. For example, a table from Mexico, one from France, etc. You can either let people sit at the country of their choice, or you can give them a paper as they come in with the countries name and they sit there.
