RE: Tickling Sensation Inside Ear
The sensation feels like a small fine hair tickling my ear drum.
I have been experiencing the tickling sensation as long as I can remember. I get relief by plunging my ear canal with my finger tip or cupping my palm over my outer ear and plunging it. Other than that, I relieve it by inserting a q-tip all the way into my ear to the point of the sensation.

I have been told by a doctor that my eardrums appeared to be slightly calloused which is usually caused by spending a lot of time in the water, which I don't. But, it makes me wonder if the calloused drum and the sensation are related. ... View related article.
