| RE: Using Basil |
I, too, am an addict. I chop it up very small and use it in stuff like stir fry and soups. It is very fragrant and blends well with other spices, like ginger and garlic. | RE: What might be causing an itchy ear? |
|
You could possibly have an infection in there. It's not like an inner ear infection where you have to take antibiotics for 10 days. I used to get infections a lot when I was a kid. For me, it was caused by bacteria in the public pool that I went to a lot during the summer. See your doc. ... View related article. |

| RE: Recipes Using Canned Chicken |
I love to buy the Swanson's canned chicken, either the 3 pack of small cans or the larger cans. Another yummy option is the Tyson refrigerated chicken strips. The small cans are just the right size to make a chicken salad sandwich. I add mayo, salt, and pepper, but you can season it however you like.
I have also used it to make chicken soup, stir fry, chili, and black bean soup. You could also see using it to make soft or hard shell tacos, burritos, and stew. ... View related article. |

| RE: Does anyone know how to start a bartering group? |
First, try this website to see if there is already a local group in your area. Being a member of freecycle is completely free. In fact, one of the main rules is that no money changes hands between people when something is traded. Over the years, my husband and I have given away and received thousands of dollars in stuff. I was always so glad to have what we received and grateful someone else could use the stuff we gave away.

| RE: Slicing Onions Without Tears |
I am planning on buying a food chopper like the one on this website. I have seen these at Big Lots for around $10.00 or less, so I will probably get it there rather than ordering online. I think the online bad thing is that you still have to cut it up enough to get it in the chopper and peel it. My strategy is to keep my hands away from my face, but it doesn't always work because onions can be very pungent.
