FYI, I'd recommend not freezing or heating foods in plastic Tupperware as this has been shown to cause the leaching of plastic molecules into the food. This would go for waterbottles as well. I use plastic Tupperware for room temperature or cold foods and small glass containers with rubber lids (Pyrex or Anchor brand) for foods that are going to be heated or frozen.
