No way! I've tried everything and saw an incredible show about how creative and smart squirrels are! They are "critter Houdini's"! Our local naturalist recommends taking IN feeders at night, every night. They may forget about them. Then you could eventually put them back out! A cat can spook squirrels too but they are their own set of issues with birds. ... View related article.
Good Idea! A girlfriend's father (who was a baker) once told me if you are using a boxed cake mix to use some of the actual mix to dust the pan too. That way there is no dusty color on dark cakes. If you are making it from scratch, use the flour/cake mix ingredients before adding the liquid to make the cake. ... View related article.

Add green (food coloring) tinted water into a plastic glove and tie shut. Freeze. cut it off and float it in the punch bowl.. Or add grapes or olives to an ice cube tray with water and freeze to add to drinks......
