Well, I take a can of salmon and debone it. I then brown whatever veggies I have on hand ie onion, pepper, celery I have even used carrot that I shred. I brown all that in pan. When ever I have dealt with publix they were kind. If a store ever doesn't sell a food product because it is expired they are doing it for your safety. If you got sick on that meat you would be even more angry. I suggest either going to publix and asking what they do with the meat or go to a food bank. Try asking a person who was born in a country who speaks English. Ask them to sit with you a few hours per week and practice with them. They could say a word and then you repeat.
