RE: Can't Remember The Name of an Old Horror Movie
What ever it was, I saw it. I tend to think it was a Twilight Zone or the other one like it. Good luck, if you find out, post it so we will know. ... View related article.

RE: Weight Loss Tips
The only way I lost weight, and have kept it off for close to 4 years now, was Weight Watchers! Do you have one there? I am sure you do. You can do it online, too, but try to find a friend to diet with you, it is so much easier. I went to visit a friend, who was in her 6th week of WW. I went on it with her, attended one meeting, then winged it for a year... and it works. changes your whole attitude on losing weight! ... View related article.

RE: Inexpensive Waterproof Bed Protector
Isn't polyethylene film toxic? I am going to check this out. I think a pad would do better with waterproofing attached to the back of it, like a baby pad? but larger. Watch out for any film made from oil products. ... View related article.

RE: Repairing a Damaged Painted Canvas
My husband was an artist. When he shipped his oil paintings, they got 'dented' in transit. He took a sprayer, and sprayed water on the back of the canvas. Let it dry and it will have shrunk back to normal. It worked for him. He also washed his paintings with Ivory Soap mixed with cold H2O. Use soft makeup brushes. Dip in the soap, and lightly use the same as you would apply makeup. Rinse the same way. Let dry. If they are old oils, take to a pro. ... View related article.

RE: Sore Throat Remedies
A few drops of Tea Tree Oil in 1/2 cup of warm water. NOT hot! Gargle with this in a.m. and afternoon, then evening.
I made this up when I forgot my Tea Tree and Golden Seal Throat Spray that a friend of mine who sings uses when he has a sore throat.
If it lasts longer than 2 - 3 days, go see a MD. Get better soon. ... View related article.

RE: Court Case Reference Numbers
Probably is the Docket number, or the booking number. Call them and ask them. Actually, they are public servants and can/ most likely answer any question they can, without putting the case in peril. Always ask first, it will at least give you a starting point. Good luck ... View related article.

RE: Wedding Reception Food Ideas
My friend (and me, too) have attended three wedding receptions in the past 3 months; one had traditional food, sit down, wine, alcohol, and desserts... the 2nd and 3rd did what i had never seen before, a pizza and salad buffet. Order large and small pizzas, all different kinds, not anything exotic, but the regular cheese, meats and toppings, and ones without meats for the many who are watching their diets. A big naked salad, with various dressings on the side. Served on wedding paper plate, larger than cake plates. Serve 'wedding punch' (your choice if alcohol or sans alcohol mark it with a tag). The pizza was a hit. Have lots of napkins. You can get a deal from most pizza kitchens for multiple, delivered pizzas.

People loved the late afternoon dinner, no need to have dinner a few hours later. i believe I overheard the mom of the bride say that the bill came to about $300. That was for 60 people. Salads were made 'at home' the night before, with tomatoes, grated cheese and trimmings served on platters to choose from. The guests loved it, the kids loved it, and sat still for a while eating pizza. Have a wonderful future. Start off right, and it will never end. Let the kids take home the left over pizza if there is any left. ... View related article.

RE: Air Coming from Microwave
Mine was brand new, and had air flow from under it. I unplugged it and took it back to the store. The salesman tried to have me exchange it for another, more expensive one. Then a customer told me to go to a repairman around the corner, he could 'fix' it if it was a problem. The repairman told me it was a normal happening, all of the counter top ones do that. The over-the-stove ones don't; it goes out the stoves vent. So, I went home with my own micro, no money spent, and deal with the air flow. It is ok. ... View related article.
