We have the same problem, but I know what causes it - the chain gets twisted and then caught up, and gets shorter, of course, thus, the water keeps running. If I hear the toilet running again, I just take the top off and untangle the chain inside. ... View related article.

My Mom lives in Khabarovsk (neighbors with China) - they had all the milk recalled, and all local products that use powdered milk, such as cookies, cakes, etc. That's horrible... I know we are far away, but still... ... View related article.
