| RE: Earwigs in Packaged Foods? |
Read this on another website:
Insecticides There are many insecticides labeled for earwig control. Indoor treatments should supplement outdoor treatments since earwigs do not become established indoors. Dusts and residual sprays are effective when applied to baseboards, beneath cabinets and other hiding places at the floor level.
Indoors, treatments of bendiocarb (Ficam), chlorpyrifos (Dursban), diazinon, propoxur (Baygon), pyrethrins, boric acid dust, diatomaceous earth dust or resmethrin into cracks and crevices will give control. Outdoors, treat in a three to six foot band around the building adjacent to the foundation (perimeter treatment) to stop or limit earwigs from getting indoors. Apply, if needed, beginning around the end of spring and throughout the summer to the building foundation, subfloor crawl spaces, flower beds, turf or mulch in late afternoon. Apply during late spring and summer to control young earwigs. Water the dust or granule formulation into the soil. Avoid injuring ornamental plantings or flowers around the house. Always read the pesticide label and follow directions and safety precautions. ... View related article. |

Be SURE to freeze the pine cones for awhile before using them. It sure made a big difference to me. ... View related article. |

I have a friend who's adopted child was left in a dumpster to die, therefore she does not know either parents. Her adoptive parents were able to locate a cousin through registering her DNA through a family search site. The link is www.Familytreedna.com. I hope this helps. Of course a member of the family would have had to register their DNA also. I wish you the best. ... View related article. |

| RE: Grocery Shop At Dollar Stores First |

I totally agree that there's quite a bit of savings by shopping at dollar stores first. The only caution I would give is to check expiration dates on the grocery items. It won't be a bargain if you get home and realize it's no longer safe to eat. Happy shopping! ... View related article. |
