(i'm 32)
i just figured out that after a shower i was drying my hair first, then drying my face with the conditioner residue from drying my hair. (auck!!) USE a seperate towel to dry your face and your hair.
Drink WATER!!!! Drink one ounce per pound for 60% of your body's weight. I did this for one year every day and i have way less toxins: they all got washed away!

Hi! something i just figured out at 31 is this:
1. ................do not dry your face and your hair with the same towel!....................................
{I found i was drying my just-conditioned wet hair THEN drying my face and smearing conditioner all over my face unknowingly!} No wonder i've had zits all my life!
2. I would highly recommend Tea Tree Oil (buy one at the health food store that is specifically diluted for your face.) do not use too much, apply it with a cotton ball and use it like a toner. do not hold the cotton ball on one focused zit or you will burn a large area and it will scab over and be huge and worse that your original blemish.
3. Also: water is the best medicine. Drink one ounce per pound for 60% of your body weight. it's seems a lot but it will flush all the toxins out of your system so zits are less likely to form.
4. Wash your face with minimal water and minimal soap twice a day. Use Neutrogena bar soap for Acne Prone skin.
5. Look at www.wholehealth.com and see how you can take Vitamin A as a 5 day regiment that will boost your skin's health. This is helpful if you know you are going to be stressed/PMSing/traveling/sure to have zits.

Hi! i just tried the 1:1 water:listerine mouth wash idea and it worked GREAT! my husband now has shirts with minty fresh armpits!! {{before: two washes in Tide and spray and wash pretreatment only resulted in B- at the best..}}}
i sprayed each armpit til it was thoroughly wet, scrubbed shirts that looked like they had deo residue, and put them in the washer after i sprayed 10 polo shirts. so probably a 2-3 minute soak before into warm water wash.
