Thanks, that is a good tip. I also have lots of cookbooks and frequently forget which one has the recipe for a certain dish that I like best out of several. I also have a few recipe boxes, and I keep one for my "tried and true" recipes that I like the best. Helps me get to my special dish recipes fast. ... View related article. |

I make "cow patties." Melt a bag of milk chocolate chips with a tablespoon of shortening over low heat in a heavy saucepan. Add 1/2 cup slivered almonds, and 1/2 cup raisins.
