I just brown my chicken good in a skillet then transfer it to a roasting pan and put it in a 350*F oven for about 45 minutes. Do not cover it! The chicken has the fried taste and is done but not burned. I can't fry chicken done either.LOL My MIL taught me this and I always "fry" my chicken this way. Hope it helps you. Hugs, Paula ... If you'll keep it in your freezer, it will keep forever. I've used some I bought 2 yrs ago at an after Christmas sale and it's still good. Paula ... View related article.
I've had a Kitchen Aid 10 speed mixer for about 20yrs now and never had any problems with it. I even used it when I was baking for the public and it serves me well still today! It's the best gift I ever recieved! Hugs & Happiness~~~ Paula ... View related article.
Thank you both for your help! The one from the Santa Museum is exactly the one she made! The one from All Free Crafts has an excellent picture with it. I'm so happy to have found the directions again! Thank you both sooooo much! I'll try to post a pic if I can figure out my digi cam and get some batteries that last for more than 2 or 3 pics.
