Stick fly traps hung around the house work well. Spray all your "access points", such as around windows and door frames, any holes, like where your dryer vents to the outside, where your cable enters your house, etc. with flying insect spray. To find out who's doing it. Put all your cats in a room with a litter box, food, and water, and leave them there. Let one cat out at a time for a whole day and night, or until pee appears on counter...process of elimination(pun intended!). Then take that cat to the vet.
