RE: Planning a BBQ for 100 People
I haveb founbd where there are kids involved, cup cakes are messy with the paper cup cake ...use ice cream cones ( round with flat bottom ) fill cone with approx 1/2 to a tad less than 1/2. I out mine in my muffun pans and bake in the overn until done. Cool and add icing....Also I have se beside them sprinkles, icing, candies and makes a great project5 for thern kids to keep busy and make their own. They love this at our church socials. ... RE: Keeping Turkey from Drying Out When Reheating
as always when reheating meat, I get a BIG POT, fill over 1/2 way with water and place a wire rack to hold the meat across the top of the rack. Then I place either a large lid that will cover the meat or foil over the meat and around the sides. This allows the steam to go up thru the meat and keeps the meat moist while heating. This is especially good for steaks, pork chops and RIBS, hot dogs, roast, etc.... ... View related article.

RE: A New Twist On Tater Tot Casserole
How funny, I just made some for my grandchildren this past weekend. I spray the bottom of a sheet cake pan, add 1/2 bag tator tots.
mix together fried ground beef w/onions, 1 large can mix vegetables, large can mushroom soup, fill soup can with milk, salt, pepper, mix well. Pour layer on top of tator tots, then layer same way again. Top with shredded cheese add foil to cover and bake in 350 oven for about 45 minutes to an hour. They love it... ... View related article.
