My Mother gave me Spirits of Ammonia with Coke growing up in Florida for nerves. I have always had crying jags and she would give me this and I would feel much better. I am glad to know it can be used for nausea and menstrual cramps as well. I will be searching for some Spirits of Ammonia at the local drug stores. Does anyone know how it works?
