A family member has Fibro and here is what I can tell you from them....Two jobs is a little much, I agree with the others. However, moderation of everything in your life is key to getting thru the day, week even month to month. Keep stress to minimum. Water therapy works the best. Try to go without relying on medication, because it will make you feel tired all the time. Find someone on the internet or in your area to talk/vent about fibro, this is a big help. Stretch as much as you can, Hot packs on areas with the most pain. Get good sleep.

As a side job for a small cleaning company I use to repair all the equipment. I found that Hoover products are the easiest to repair, even for those that no little about vacs or repairing. Hoover's help line is also helpful. As for the Hoover Floormate, I have learned that you must use the Hoover cleaning solution recommended for your product.I have shopped the cleaner, it is not on the cheap sied. If not used the machine will eventually clog in the tubing. I hope this helps my fellow KY neighbor.

Get a metal pot for a vase and use strong wire, maybe even a old coat hanger and push one end in the base and attach light bulbs, light switches to the end to make a flower type arrangement. Also cut out a lighting bolt on cardboard and cover with aluminum foil and add to arrangement.

I too do not have the exact oils. However at work recently we got 6 foot sub and they sent along packages of condiments with the huge sandwich. Red wine vinergar and olive/canol oil combo were in the goodie bag. So don't make the mix just ask for a couple extra packets when you find yourself at the sub shop. I hope this helps. ...
