I recently purchased this machine. This company sent me two, in otherwords duplicated my order. I refused shipment of the second machine at the door and they had the audacity to charge me $29.99 shipping when I never ordered in the first place. They claim that they can audit all of your mouse clicks, but I never even pressed submit on the original order and it went through. They just don't give a damn. You have to wait for 30 to 60 minutes when you try to reach them on the phone and they don't answer your emails. Once you do, they are rude and could care less, as they insist you made the error. Hogwash, why would I order two? As for the machine, I have been using it faithfully for two weeks, twice a day and have not noticed improvement yet. To be fair, I have had a fusion of L3-4, so I am going to give it a chance as I think it might take much longer for me. I told them I had no intention of returning the orginal purchase, but they still have not responded, at all, to my request for the full refund on the 2nd shipment.
