I sincerely wish I had not joined this outfit. It was NOT explained to me in any detail by "Raymond" who got me into this mess. This is what I got from speaking with NBAA on the phone:
For Doctors care you must check with Galaxy Network to see if your doctor is in the network. If not, then they will call the doc and try to get them to sign up. If that doesn't work they will also provide a list of doctors that are on the list in your area.
For prescriptions: You have to talk to Clarity something or other.
For lab work: There is yet another outfit called direct labs that you'll need to contact PRIOR to having the lab work performed.
What a Pita! Nowhere on the website does it mention that NBAA doesn't actually do anything, they just take your money and tell you who you need to contact to actually use the system. While technically not a scam, it sure wasn't explained very well by our friend Raymond. ... View related article.
