RE: National Benefits Advisory Association Reviews
Anyone who has ever had issues with them should pursue further action and file compliants even if they refund your money.
File a complaint with your insurance regulatory agency for your state, You should be able to find them through an online search, in the blue pages of your phone book or by calling your local Better Business Bureau office (file a complaint with them as well!), complaint forms can be found online. They misrepresented themselves as an insurance company providing insurance coverage - and this is fraud. Even though they are in Texas you can file a complaint with your state. Contact your state's Attorney General as well.

Don't just report this information here - take steps to protect others from being mislead. Enough complaints leads to a class action suit. The law firm Coughlin Stoia (http://www.csgrr.com/) specialize in insurance & consumer fraud and have already been contacted about this issue.

This sort of thing runs rampant because too many people are satisfied with getting their money back, and they just move on without taking any further action. Just make sure to keep a copy of any correspondence you send to any of these agencies and follow up with a phone call to make sure they received it.

In this economic climate, people cannot afford to lose any money, so you will be helping others by making sure that this fraudulent company doesn't victimize anyone else. ... View related article.
