1/2 c sugar 1 tsp vanilla 3 tbsps cornstarch 4 tbsps cocoa 1 pint milk, hot
Directions
Step #1 Dissolve corn starch & cocoa together in part of cold milk. Step #2 Heat rest of milk to boiling point. Step #3 Stir in rest & cook in double boiler for 15 mins, stirring. I would like to thank everyone who suggested using Hydrogen Peroxide and boiling it to clean burnt sugar from my stainless steel pot. You saved my pot, that is fairly new, and this was the first time I used it! I am thrilled!
