RE: Weight Watcher's Pineapple Dessert Recipe
Pudding and Pie

1 pkg. gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
1/3 cup dry milk
3 or 4 pkgs. sweet & Low or Splenda
(to taste)
1 small cap vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple
5 ice cubes
Blend gelatin and cold water to mix; add
boiling water and blend until frothy. Add
sweetner, dry milk, and vanilla. Blend. Add
crushed pineapple. Add ice cubes 1 at a time.
Blend on low for a few minutes. Eat anytime.
For cheese pie
Add 1/4 c. cottage cheese or Ricotta (Breakfast)
or 2/3 c. cottage cheese or Ricotta (Lunch)

Never, never spank your puppy. Use the word NO when it does something wrong. Praise the puppy when it does something right. Like Pete said provide lots of chew toys. We have had our puppy since it was 4 weeks old and have never spanked him. Changing the tone in our voice when saying No did the trick. He hasn't had an accident in the house since he was 4 months old. We now have a doggie door and he uses it all the time. Good luck and be patient and give your pup lots of love.. Puppies are fun. ... I am on my second steam cleaner after 6 years. Bought it from Home SHopping on the internet. It does the floors, tile, linoleum, windows, bathrooms, out door furniture, you name it, it does it. I got their more expensive model but they have some for under $90.00. All come with all the attachments. I wouldn't be without it as I have back problems and this is the way to go. ...
