RE: Recipes Using Canned Spinach
Knorr Spinach Dip is very good. Here's a link to the site. Just click on "Knorr Spinach Dip" on the left. BTW, there's also a recipe for Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip that sounds yummy!

RE: Making Pull Ups
When my son was about your son's age, I asked his pediatrician about his bed-wetting. He said to get a bed-wetting alarm. It worked great! It has a moisture sensor that you attach to his underwear and when he begins to urinate, it sounds an alarm. It's worth checking out. It took a couple of weeks but eventually he stopped wetting the bed.

Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the one we used. You should be able to do a search online.

Hope this helps! ... View related article.

RE: Removing Mildew Stains from Baby Clothes
To keep mold/mildew from forming when it's not practical to wash the clothes right then, try keeping a large tub containing a mixture of baking soda and water in the laundry room. (Sorry, I don't remember the amount of baking soda, just a little should do). When you take wet/dirty clothes off of the baby, put them in the tub until you're ready to do a load of laundry. IMPORTANT: BE SURE THE TUB HAS A LID THAT BABY CAN'T REMOVE, OR PUT IT OUT OF BABY'S REACH! Hope this helps! (I used cloth diapers on my son when he was a baby and did this with them). ... RE: Help With My Ten Year Old's Behavior
Have you tried individual (not team) sports? What about karate? Is he musically inclined? How about music lessons? He might enjoy piano, guitar, etc.

Learning something as an individual might give his self-confidence the boost it needs.

It also might be time for professional counseling. A school counselor might be able to help. If not, you can usually contact your local mental health center who charges on a "sliding scale."

Good Luck! ... View related article.

RE: How To Make Spider Hair Bows
Susan,
You'll need to make a "korker" hair bow. After it's made, just hot glue some google eyes to the center.

Check out these sites for instructions for making korker hair bows:

RE: Removing Pet Stains from Berber Carpet
My daughter just tried this in her son's room and it worked. She then tried it on an old urine stain in her bedroom that she had unsucessfully tried to get out in the past. It took it out too. We probably have the same beige berber carpet as you do. She used Zout Laundry Stain remover. Try it. We couldn't believe it worked! ... View related article.
