My GE Monogram micro/convection JETG-002 just died. Control board no longer avail. I never used the convection feature, however home warranty program will provide a recplacement. Style: countertop+trimkit, 110V. They offered GE Profile PEB1590DM. 2 probs: one of the knobs req. turning (can't with arthritis) and it is a "lower level" than Monogram. Only Mono avail is w/Advantium tech (new tech, don't expect them to provide.) Am I unreasonable to expect another brand of similar level (i.e. Bosch or Thermador) which has the "guts" of the entry level Sharp or Panasonic? Due to all the probs should I settle for Mono. pl. microwave? If they would split the diff b/n the GE Mono Advantium and the GE Profile I'd be happy (covering Bosch or Thermador.)
