I have a problem with my neighbors cats. The county doesn't take cats in the shelter so now my neighbor takes all the cats for the city and county. they have them fixed but some still spray. My whole yard is a litter box, they get in garage and spray and under the house. they have torn out my phone lines and we can't leave any doors open or in they come. They have over a dozen at a time.
I called the city and they said I could trap them and take them to the pound, they then return them to the neighbors. plus the neighbors are always walking around the house looking for the trap and letting them out.
