My 9 month old female spayed daschund is losing hair in all of the spots everyone mentions. I changed her diet - she is on wellness brand, all natural and holistic, she had a thyroid test that came back fine, the vet checked for mites and mange, neither were present and put her on melatonin 1-1(1/2) tablets per day. Nothing has helped so far, the vet said it could also be hormones after the spay or just the way she is going to look for the rest of her life? If anyone has any suggestions I'll try anything.
