RE: Picture
Oh I'm so sorry, but I don't have the picture anymore. I found something online though that looks a lot like it. Check out the little picture at the top too, to see what I mean about reinforcing the opening, if you need it to stay more open.

Alternatively, here are some heated beds too:

Also, if you just google "pet sleeping bag" you can find a lot of inspiration online. Being a bit thrifty, you can mix and combine the ideas to suit your particular pet. (Mine need the doorway a bit open or they just lay on top e.g.)

Sorry I didn't have the pic anymore, but I hope the links can inspire you anyway. :o) ... View related article.

RE: Aisha (European Shorthair "Moggie")
I DO actually have this exact picture as my desktop wallpaper :o)

I recently took another great picture of her with an elf's hat on and used it to make this year's Christmas cards. The indignate looking little soul would only put up with that humiliation for about 10 seconds...just long enough for me to take another great and A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E photo. She truly is a little darling :o)

Thanks for your sweet comments and Aisha says to say hi :o) ... View related article.

RE: Cat Poops Under The Bed
Is the litterbox in a quiet undisturbed place? Cats like privacy too and if the litterbox is in a little too busy place, this could put it off from using it.

Uncleanliness is also often the first sign of disease. If the cat for example has worms or a urinary tract disease, it may associate the discomfort or pain with the litterbox and try to avoid this by not using the litterbox.

Maybe the cat simply just doesn't like the kind of litter you're using. Have you changed brand recently? If so, try changing back... Do you use a litterbox with a lid? Some cats are afraid of covered litterboxes because it make them feel trapped. Try taking off the lid.

Cats don't appreciate change that much, so try to figure out if anything has changed in it's life. Sometimes something like a new baby or boyfiríend or just that the neighbours have gotten a new (and perhaps to the cat, threatening) cat or dog is enough.

In any case, the cat is trying to tell you something...
I would take the cat to a vet to rule out any disease and then take it from there... Good luck!

How about a pet sleeping bag?
How about a pet sleeping bag? You can make it yourself and keep the cost down. You can use old wire hangers to make the opening, but be sure to wrap or insulate them first to avoid any danger. It's kind og hard to explain, so I've uploaded a picture you can download to kind of get the idea of what I mean... An old doona is perfect to use and you can always put a hot water bottle in the bottom too for extra snuggliness. If you use wire hangers and make two rings and place them in sort of a triangle, (together at the top, but apart at the bottom,) the sleeping will stay open and accessible. My old cats love theirs...

Here's the link to download a picture, just to give you an idea:

The download link is only good for 25 downloads only so should it run out, I'll upload it again if anyone wants it. Just post it here and I'll upload it again. I hope you can use this idea. (PS) Leave a small opening when you sew in the wire so you can take them out when you need to wash the sleeping bag. ... View related article.

RE: Cat Losing Hair on Its Belly
Stress can cause cats to overgroom themselves to the point of baldness. This kind of stress licking usually is seen om their belly and/or on their inner thighs. Here in Denmark, we can buy a stress reducing product available for cats called "Feliway", that you just plug into any power socket. It is supposed to give off calming and relaxing feromones and from what I have heard, it works... I have heard, that the feromones (undetectable to humans) is the scent given off by a mother cats nipples and this is reportedly very calming to cats.

If it isn't stress, it could be some dermatological problem or something else somatical, so you really should see a vet. Better safe than sorry... ... View related article.

Use the "System File Checker"
To run a check on the files and see if one or more is corrupted, use the System File Checker included with Windows XP.

Click [Start] [Run] and type sfc /scannow in the [Open] box.
(Note that there is a space between sfc and /scannow)

If corrupted files are found, you might be prompted to insert the Windows XP CD ROM, so have them ready.

If this doesn't work, you may have to do a repair or a reinstall of IE. This isn't too difficult to do. Just google "Repair IE" or "Reinstall IE". There's tons of advice out there on how to do this...

Good luck! ... View related article.

I agree. Cardboard is a porous material and with the moisture too, it could encourage the growth of micro-organisms or mould. ... View related article.
