RE: Pricing Baby Clothes for Yard Sale
Grouping like items is a good tip. 20 years ago I had cloth diapers (my kids had 5 dozen!) that I was trying to sell. They did not move at a couple of sales until I stacked and masking-taped bundles together. Of course, maybe the right buyer just happened to come along. . .. I also have bagged up small items and sold them for .25 or given free to a child coming to the sale. It's a good way to get rid of clutter. ... View related article.

RE: Post Phone Number on Garage Sale Signs
I would never dream of putting a phone number on a garage sale sign! There will be dealers driving by at dawn anyway . You also do not want calls scoping out whether or not you are home AFTER the sale. You never know who came to your sale and what else they were looking at beside your yard sale merchandise. RE: Saving Money on Movie Rentals
I love Redbox too! I can almost always find something to watch on TV, but my 3-year old granddaughter lives with me. I'm trying to use the texted "coupon" for a Tuesday afternoon movie after I pick her up at preschool. Since I teach until 8:30 p.m. on Mondays, it is too late for any of us to watch movies by the time we get home! I pick the movie up on Monday at Wal-Mart in the town where I work and return it at my local store after we watch it on Tuesday. Yes, I also love the fact that the "late fee" is just another $1 + tax. That I can deal with if I don't get the movies back by 9 p.m. ... View related article.
