COFFEE!!! I go to a local coffee shop that roast their own,OMG!!! it is wonderful, I buy it by the half pound and have cut my coffee consumption from a pot a day to 2 cups, but it is worth it. also if you have a simple loan-no arm or 2nd mortgage, if the lender has no pre payment penalty clause you can send in 1/2 of your mortgage 2 weeks prior to the due date and the other 1/2 when it is due. This will cut 30 months off of a 15 year loan, because when they figure intrest, every month there is less balance to figure it on because of that 1/2 pymt.
