Good morning all! I wanted to follow up on a post made back in 02/08. I'm in the same situation where as I received my retro pay from SSI. Cigna wants every dollar of my retro pay because they were my std/ltd provider. Of course I paid for the inurance everytime I got paid through my employer. However I did sign a pc. of paper stating that I would repay any benefits I may receive in the future. I signed the paper having no clue that my case would be given to allsup for them to go after my ssdi benefits. I thought allsup just assisted Cigna by getting medical documents from my doctors. That was not the case. I found out what allsup really did when I received a letter from them stating that my first attempt had been denied but allsup would appeal and go after my benefits again. As soon as I receivd that letter, I phoned Allsup and told them to STOP pursuing ssdi benefits for me. Well they did not and I started receiving checks from ssi and then received my retro pay. I did need the benefits becaue condition does not allow me to do much not even drive but I did ask/tell allsup to STOP mainly because Fox news had showed where returning military personel were having a hard time getting approved for benefits.
