I never really had acne in high school but had a big problem with it in college. I tried all sorts of stuff...ProActive, Antibiotics, creams, scrubs, and even the egg yolk. Finally, my sister heard a tip from some older asian man she worked with at the time...he said to take a fish oil supplement everyday. I figured I would give it a go and it really started to work in a matter of days. As for a face wash, a dermatologist friend of mine said the best thing to do is to use gentle cleansers like Cetaphil. (I use the store brand type since the real deal is kind of pricey.)
