I burnt my stainless steel pot 3 days ago and I tried all of the usual tricks including baking soda and vinegar, dishwasher soap, etc. Nothing even made a small dent in the black gunk stuck to the bottom of the pot. I was at my wit's end until I saw the Hydrogen Peroxide tip. It was absolutely incredible. I just covered the bottom of the pot with the Peroxide and turned it on to boil.
