I had the same problem so I went to lowes and home depot to get two difference opinions and both of them told me to use Bruce Hardwood & Laminate Floor Cleaner, 32 oz. spray. I used the bruce for the first time yestreday and OMG what a difference. Even though the marks are still there but they faded allot just by one application. I can already see the difference which is what I was told it will take time to remove the wax build up from the orange glow. I Bruce Hardwood & Laminate Floor Cleaner, 32 oz. spray both Lowes and home depot they have it price 4.97 a bottle. Its not with the other cleaning products its in with the laminate floors on the end of the one of the aisle just ask for bruce cleaning.
But if you want something that will work instant like i do. I called in a professional and we are using Bona stone, tile, and laminate floor cleaner (http://www.1877floorguy.com/bonharfloorc1.html) along with a scrub Wright pad and good old fashion elbow grease. Those combinations are removing the wax build up. Spray the Bona onto the floor then scrub in circle motions with the scrub wright pad then with a papertowl wip clean. Once I've done the whole floor a day later the professional says to clean the floors with vinegar and water solution then another day later repeat the Bona process if nessacary. once it's all done use either the Bruce floor cleaner ( http://www.bruce.com/resflram/na/br ... e/en/us/fc_detail.asp?productId=22.0)or Quick-step quick clean (http://www.installerstore.com/product.php?productid=1724&cat=0&page=1). ... As soon as I said I have a grey haze they said orange glow? I yes yep the haze is from wax build up. Over time the Bruce cleaner will remove all the build up and the floors will be new again. It's in a green spray bottle not with the other cleaners it's in with the laminate wood floors section. They did say its not an instant result but over time it will work. ... View related article.
