my parents did the same thing but i went behind their backs and did it anyway. but shaving is not really the best way to do it and if your desperate wax. it dont grow back over night and is no were near as painful (though it isnt exactly a walk in the park the first time) probably something better for your age is to try something called a silky mit thats like sandpaper but not as abrasive. your legs wont feel as course as when you shave and the hair wont grow back as soon or be as dark and thick.
