I had a boyfriend with dreadlocks. He was able to wash his hair every day just by mixing up a bottle of 1/2 cheap shampoo and 1/2 water. His hair was perfectly clean every day. i have plantar faschiatis (the tendons on the bottom of my feet are too short, causing severe pain) my doctor suggested doing this with a frozen water bottle with a towel wrapped around it. maybe that would help you too. good luck. ... View related article.
