RE: Keeping Soda from Going Flat
Squeeze the air out of the bottle before you put the lid back on it. I used to waste a lot of money dumping soda out that had gone flat. I've kept opened bottles of soda in the fridge for weeks and when I open them they still taste great and aren't flat. ... View related article.

RE: Covering a Glassed Paned Door
Our front door is also like that and made of metal. At Wal-Mart I found a curtain rod that is made for metal doors and has magnets that attach it to the door. The magnets are strong and I have never had a problem with it sliding around. I hung a lace curtain on it, that way we can still see through it and sunlight comes through but we also have some privacy. ... View related article.
