I found a great idea online. Personalize your centerpiece by creating a hinged picture frame out of three of four frames. Shape them into a triangle or square. Place family photos or photos of the anniversary couple on opaque paper (or even regular printer paper). Put the glass from the frame as the backing. Place a candle between the frames. The light will shine through the photos. Wish I had thought of that for my parents anniversary. You could also use a flower vase inside the frames if you don't want candles (and just regular photos).
