RE: Give Ant Baits Time To Work
You can use white vinegar mixed with water and spray it on the walls, counter tops, around baseboards, plug ins,ANYWHERE you see them coming in. Just mix two parts white vinegar to one part water in a spray bottle. Do NOT wipe off, allow to air dry. Also CAN be sprayed directly on the ants too. Also if you keep all the trees, limbs, etc away from ROOF then they can't climb up the trees and onto the house. I got this hint from an Exterminator years ago and it WORKS. I do NOT buy those "ant traps" because this is Natural and FRUGAL which is also much safer for the environment. I also live in Texas and have used this method for years and have NO ants in my home EVER. Good luck, hope this helps you too ... View related article.

RE: Keeping Kleenex In the Car
I take them out of the box and put them in a zip lock baggie and keep them in the glove compartment,or in the side panel compartement to my door. That way, when I am stopped at a traffic light, I can just reach down and get them,or put a few in the console so you can grab one in an "emergency" sneeze. When I get out of the car,I just put them in the baggie so they aren't going all over the car. Hope this helps. ... View related article.

RE: Training a Lilac Bush
I took fishing line and tied mine in the direction I wanted it to go- as in tied it to stakes in the direction I wanted - (instead of the way it wanted to go) and it is working. I also used this same idea on climbing rose bushes for the wooden fence out front,it got them"headed" towards the fence which is where I want them to go instead of heading out into the yard. Hope this tip helps. ... View related article.

RE: How Do You Antique Stain a Table Cloth?
I have always made up some really strong tea and then dipped the table cloth into it until I got the color of "antiquing" I was after. Then I rinse it in cold water and allow it to air dry. I am sure others have different ideas, but that is how I did mine. I have also heard of people using coffee but have no clue if it would work the same or not. Good luck. ... View related article.

RE: Recipes Using Stove Top Stuffing
Here's one using chicken breasts. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 8x8 glass baking dish with Pam spray. Make up the stuffing mix according to package directions but also add a beaten up egg(uncooked) to the mixture. Then flatten out 4 chicken breasts(without skin or bones) to about 1/4" thick. Place some of the stuffing mix inside chicken breast, roll up and place seamside DOWN in glass dish. BE SURE TO LEAVE ROOM IN MIDDLE OF DISH FOR REMAINING STUFFING. Place remaining stuffing in middle of dish surrounded by chicken breast"rolls". Brush chicken breasts with melted butter. Cover and bake for approx 30-45 min. Checking to see when you feel chicken is cooked throughly. Remove cover(I use foil when doing it) then continue to bake a few more minutes until chicken has browned lightly and stuffing has a slight "crunchy" top on it. KEEP AN EYE ON IT SO IT DOES NOT BURN Remove chicken from oven and allow to cool slighly. Take a can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/8tsp of dill WEED with 1/4 cup of water and mix well in a saucepan. Allow to completely warm throughly. (looks like a thin gravy) Place a chicken breast on each plate, with 1/4 of the stuffing from middle of dish. Pour a small amount of "mushroom gravy" over top of chicken and stuffing. Serve with whatever else you and your Family like to eat. Easy, simple and filling too. When my Daughters were younger they loved it and since they are grown both have asked for the recipe to cook in their own homes. Also a good place to get recipes is called..www.backofthebox.com Good luck and happy eating. ... View related article.
