RE: Underarm Odor
This is going to sound dumb, but make sure you are washing your underarms really good in the shower. Scrub them hard with a good antibacterial soap and keep your underarms clean shaven as the hair can hold odors.

Same thing for your clothes make sure they aren't starting the day smelly. If they smell before you put them on throw them out, you'll never get the odor out of the cloths. ... View related article.

RE: Toning Buns And Thighs
I agree with luvmygingerkids that getting enough protein in your diet is key. I also think doing all sorts of weight lifting activities and trying to strengthen and grow all the muscles in your body will make you look nice and toned all over.

Here is the link to a book I learned a lot from called New Rules of Lifting for Women: http://erratic.ws/reviews/?p=229 ... View related article.

RE: Pitbull Puppy That Bites
The original poster is doing the right thing, training the dog now before they are bigger and can do damage. Puppies bite in play - that's normal of any breed, as an owner you have to teach them appropriate behavior.

At 10 weeks she has no idea biting is bad. Usually puppies learn this from their littermates or mom - if they bite to hard the other puppy yelps and stops playing. You should do the same, when the puppy bites make a high pitched ouch noise and walk away. Make sure to be clear you are not playing, you need to act upset/hurt. Pitbulls are smart they will understand something bad happened and should learn quick.

That said if you're not able to correct the behavior within the month you may want to hire a trainer to be sure you nip this habit in the butt. ... View related article.
